Triumph I'm holding a coloring contest to see who can do the best job of coloring this pinup of the character Jezebel Zapato from Blackbirds. Everyone who enters will have their entry featured in my journal for a month, and the winner will receive a FREE PDF copy of Blackbirds to call their very own!
Each entry will be judged based on technique as well as originality and color scheme. A skillfully photoshopped image might not get as many points if the colors are bland, and vice versa. Keep in mind that you're allowed to color it through any medium of your choosing: digital, color pencil, water color, etc. The rules are simple: color it however it want, don't alter the line art (that means no erasing or adding lines), and finish it by midnight on the night of Friday,

Such an idiot I am. For some reason (possibly tiredness and too many colouring-pencil fumes!) I thought you were 6 hours ahead, not behind! Ah well, I'll scan the yoke now and have it as a ate submission. Never expected to win anyway, so it doesn't matter!
